The house is in a beach area (the best in the city), 300 meters (scarce) from the coast of the bay, with a quiet, cozy atmosphere and surrounded by charming beaches, shopping centers, service centers, car rentals and restaurants. Due to its location, this villa is perfect not only to enjoy Matanzas, but also to get to know the surroundings: 30 minutes from Varadero beach, 15 minutes from Juan Gualberto Gómez de Matanzas International Airport (Varadero) and 10 minutes from the Old Town from the city.
