The house is in a beach area (the best in the city), 300 meters (scarce) from the coast of the bay, with a quiet, cozy atmosphere and surrounded by charming beaches, shopping centers, service centers, car rentals and restaurants. Due to its location, this villa is perfect not only to enjoy Matanzas, but also to get to know the surroundings: 30 minutes from Varadero beach, 15 minutes from Juan Gualberto Gómez de Matanzas International Airport (Varadero) and 10 minutes from the Old Town from the city. 5 minutes from the University, 5 minutes from the Cultural Shopping Center and 60 minutes from Havana. Very close to the house are the Chef Bahía restaurants (a complex with ice cream parlor, restaurant and beach), Amelia del Mar Restaurant and La Salsa (restaurant and nightclub).

The rooms
The owner lives in the house (ground floor), but the rooms have a separate entrance and are located on the first floor. They enjoy complete privacy and there are external surveillance cameras (so cars can be left on the street and they will always be watched).
Two rooms are rented. Each with its own kitchen equipped with the basics to cook), its own private bathroom, air conditioning, direct access to the terrace (100 m2, with umbrellas and views), safe, 110V and 220V current and mini bar.
Gastronomic service
Breakfast: very good breakfast, complete and organic (if possible, everything is natural). A continental breakfast, the best way to start the day strong. We recommend reserving it together with the accommodation.
Food (lunch and / or dinner): family cuisine, rich, with Cuban and international flavors. Fresh, seasonal and market products. Well presented cuisine with hearty dishes and generous garnish. Good price.
